Candlelight Yoga: Healing Issues in our Tissues
When & Where
Jul 07, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Sacred Ground Studio, 725 Providence Rd, Suite 202, Charlotte, NC 28207, USA
About the event
Join us for a restorative yoga experience to advance your personal healing. This guided, candlelit session enables you to dig more deeply into your body, releasing trauma and resentments in a safe, loving environment. Yoga is a powerful tool that involves mindfulness, deep breathing and gentle movements to help heal and connect the mind, body and soul. Practicing yoga also boosts levels of feel-good brain chemicals like GABA, serotonin and dopamine, which create feelings of relaxation and contentedness, while invigorating the part of the brain that processes “rewards.”
