House of Yes is on a mission to get more humans improvising! Improv comedy is a fun mix of playtime and mindfulness practice. Think yoga but less stretching and more laughing! During this workshop, we will play games that boost creativity, increase focus, and get the whole group giggling. In this incredibly inclusive environment you are free to be yourself. No equipment necessary, just bring your positive attitude and willingness to try something new!
