Journaling is the bomb. Seriously. Two years ago, I scoffed at the thought of writing things down on actual paper as a beneficial practice (so lo-fi...<insert mocking eyeroll here>). Luckily, with a little help and nudging, I ended up trying it - and I'm so grateful I have this tool to use and return to. Journaling is a skill and tool that helps us stay grounded while writing to release emotions, and the stories we tell ourselves, that no longer serve us. How can picking up a journaling practice help you gain perspective on events in your life?
