This is a donation-based event for local nonprofit organization Beyond Sober. Proceeds directly fund our substance-free events created and held in support and service to the addiction-recovery community and those affected by substance-use disorder.

Colleen Cromer will be guiding this immersive session. Colleen is a multifaceted human who enjoys creating experiences for individuals, whether it's through her work as an interior designer, hosting special events and retreats or assisting her clients in doing shadow work. Colleen is transpersonal and trauma focused hypnotherapist who found this work on her own healing journey. She is passionate about creating a safe space for her clients to dive deep into themselves. She incorporates energy and somatic work in her sessions and knows the value in assisting her clients with connecting to the body. Colleen is well respected within the Charlotte design and spiritual community and her clients speak highly of the work she does with them.
