WHAT TO EXPECT:

Expect to feel sensations of warmth, tingling or vibration in your body, as well as emotions that arise from within. The intensity of the session gradually increases, urging you along your journey, until the time is right for a big release. As your guide, Sarah will support you through this process, helping you navigate any challenges that may arise. You will let go of what no longer serves you – thought patterns, trauma, negative emotions and more. By the end of the session, you’ll feel lighter, more relaxed and more connected, to yourself and to the world around you.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle
  • Pillow/Blanket (optional)

* Space is limited, please RSVP as soon as possible to reserve your spot. Once the spots are filled, you will be added to the waitlist.

This is a donation-based event for local nonprofit organization Beyond Sober. Proceeds directly fund our kickass substance-free events created and held in support and service to the addiction-recovery community and its supporters.
