MORE ABOUT HEATHER:
When I was a child, my love of Halloween began. I loved it not so much because of the celebrations and symbols, but because of how the season made me feel. The crisp weather was invigorating, and I could sense magic and mystery in the air. It felt joyous, and powerful, and I had no idea why. All I know is that it was one of many things that set my path as a weird kid, who realized that there was something more to the world than what meets the eye.
I call this my “Halloween Feeling” and discovered that we can have this feeling at any time. We can approach the path to transformation and healing in a way that treats it as an adventure rather than a terrifying dive into traumatic memories stored in our bodies and Be-ings.
This is what Soul Spelunking is about. It is developing a set of tools that are shared or self-developed to assist in our own journey toward wholeness and authenticity.
